At Kreate’N Me, our vision is to provide a creative hub where individuals can discover a new version of themselves. We want to establish a community that serves as a place for fellowship through the arts. God is the master of creation and has gifted many of us with talents that we are called to share with others.
Kreate ’N Me will provide affordable memberships that inspire our kids to tap into the imaginative and expressive side of their brains.
Covers twice a week visits to work on an art activity, all supplies included.
Our core services include weekly crafting gatherings based on different skill levels of activites for the age attending. Activities will include Painting, Jewlery Making, Crocheting, & More!

My name is Keana Bechet, and I am the owner and founder of Kreate ‘N Me. Kreate ‘N Me was born from my love for creativity and my passion for therapy. Ever since I was a child, I found joy in making things with my hands, and art became a way for me to express myself. As someone with ADHD, creating art helped me focus and find calmness, allowing me to explore different styles like graphic design, painting, and making t-shirts. There’s something special about being in the zone while working on a project that makes me feel at peace.
I’m also a mom to a beautiful 9-year-old daughter who is quite shy and introverted. She loves art, too, but she has faced challenges, including anxiety, which became clear when she was in second grade. As a parent, it was tough for me to understand what she was going through. After talking with professionals, I was encouraged to find an activity for her that could help, and art became her favorite outlet.
This journey inspired me to create a unique art studio that would be a safe and welcoming place for kids like my daughter. While looking for a suitable space in our hometown of Baton Rouge, I noticed that although there were many art studios, none met our exact needs or were affordable for my family budget. This made me realize just how important it is to make art accessible and supportive for everyone.
With Kreate ‘N Me, my goal is to create a comforting space where children who may feel shy, anxious, or stressed can come to unwind and explore their creativity. We will offer activities that help them relax after a hard day while allowing them to try something new. I want every child to feel the same sense of peace I experience when I create and to connect with other kids in their community beyond their school environment.
